Supported Housing allows you to live independently - your own space to enjoy later life combined with the peace of mind that there is someone on hand to support you with a friendly chat, a daily home cooked meal and support with daily chores.  Not only will you have the privacy and comfort of your own room, you are also an important part of a thriving and sociable community.  All of our houses have a 24 hour on call system for added reassurance.   

     
Vacancies
We have three vacancies on the first floor.   All staff and residents are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.  Our fees are a fraction of Residential Care Homes.  Rental cost includes all utility bills and food.

Local Area

  • Havant is situated on the south coast of England, between the well-known cities of Chichester and Portsmouth.
  • Most of the town centre is a conservation area which developed from a junction of ancient thoroughfares dating from Roman times.
  • Havant is now a thriving market town, characterised by its fine Georgian buildings. The main shopping centre is called the Meridian Centre.
  • Havant town centre is in an established retail and commercial district.  The site benefits from easy access to the A27 and the A3 (M).  Nearby is the Solent Retail Park which has a Tesco Extra Superstore and other well-known shops such as Next, Peacocks, Sports Direct plus the Central Retail Park which has Aldi, Wickes and other large stores.  There is also a large Asda store and Waitrose close by.
  • To the north of Havant stands Stansted House which is steeped in history dating back to 1688 and also Staunton Country Park which has 1000 acres of landscaped parkland.
  • Hayling Island is a short drive away. This is a charming, peaceful island with its blue flag beach and a country village atmosphere.
  • Emsworth is also a short drive away. This used to be a thriving centre for Oyster fishing and boat building.  Emsworth is a beautiful village with cafes, local pubs and restaurants.
